Bradley Koogler

Brad Koogler is a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate – Journey, CEO of Koogler Ventures Inc., and is the Founder and Past President of the Northwest Arkansas Design Association.

Brad is an Arkansas real estate license holder. licensed in 2005 he has helped many families purchase homes, liquidate, and improve properties to suit the individual needs of his clients. Through Selah Design Studio and contacts made with the Northwest Arkansas Design Association, he is uniquely positioned to offer the best value to his real estate clients by offering a personal service beyond closing of the real estate transaction.

As CEO of Koogler Ventures Inc., Brad, and his wife Amy, launched (d.b.a.) Selah Design Studio in 2015. Selah Design Studio is a full-service interior design firm specializing in custom window treatments, furniture, rugs, art and accessories. Most of the custom Drapery and Roman-style shades are made by hand locally. In 2022, he expanded warehousing in Springdale and committed $500,000 over the next 4 years to invest in workroom equipment and hire local labor to keep work and jobs here in Northwest Arkansas. Selah Design Studio employs staff designers, installers, and fabricators to control as much of the process as possible to ensure the security of our clients by not contracting out installations to third parties and to go beyond the typical limitations of larger or national workrooms. Selah Design Studio has been named numerous times as a Northwest Arkansas best business in Citiscapes magazine.

As founder and Past President of the Northwest Arkansas Design Association, Brad formed the 501c(6) trade association in 2017 to elevate the awareness of good design with the public, build relationships with other like-minded individuals in the trades, and to give back to the community through charitable partnerships. Through a spirit of collaboration rather than competition, NWADA members add value to the Northwest Arkansas community by showcasing the amazing talent local artisans and tradespeople have to offer our community so that potential clients don’t have to look outside of Northwest Arkansas to find quality craftsmanship and products. When members build relationships with other like-minded members, they create additional opportunities to share their gifts and make the world a more beautiful place. Individually, a member of the Design Association may not be able to give much to charity. But every year, the NWADA board selects a charity with which to partner and give a platform to reach a new audience and raise money. To date, NWADA has raised over $15,000 for charities to have a positive impact in Northwest Arkansas.

In the years prior, Brad also served clients as an insurance agent with American National Insurance and was recognized by Celebrate Arkansas magazine’s best Insurance Agent 3 years in a row. Brad also served in the US Army Reserve as a Sergeant, and received the Army Commendation medal for outstanding service while deployed to Iraq in 2008.

Brad has held a Comptia A+ certification, Arkansas Property and Casualty Insurance, and Arkansas Life and Health Insurance licenses in addition to his active Real Estate license. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
